[philmont] Cavalcade (was: Old line suppliers and old gear geeks)

Mr. Gray,
Thank you so much. We need info like this to prepare for our Cavalcade in
'09. We as yet, have received scant info from our leader, so this is
perfect! If anyone has anything further to add, please contact me offline!
