[Philmont] Trek #11 anyone?

I'm not sure, but the burn-ban might have had an impact; even though it is
contained, it is still outdoors. I think outdoor grills were included in
the restrictions. The ban was lifted the last day we were at Philmont.

The trick with wood burning boilers is to take your shower later after the
tank has heated up. Only two off us took advantage of the showers at
Sawmill on our arrival, after previous treks had stoked the boiler all day.
It was almost too hot. The rest took freezing showers in the morning before
starting out. Brrrrr!!!
