[Philmont] Boot Question for 2009

I guess my immediate response is - get new boots! I just (about 30 days
ago) replaced my boots because I had a small hole in the gortex area of my
Vasque 2004 Mica's - I boot anew pair just like them (they took me up and
over Baldy in 2005) and broke them in - we are all set for our trek starting
July 26th.

I hated the thought of duct taped boots or being pulled off because my boots
completely failed.

     Just my opinion . . .
