That's how they normally do it. Meal # 1 on the 1st, 11th, 21st, and perhaps 31st. Then followed by the appropriate number. If your trek starts on the 4th, meal number 4 should be your first meal (of course you can eat them in any order0. I don't know what they do if you have a 31st in your trek, followed by a 1st. Don't know if they give you 2 sets of meal 1 or if they just go in order from the day your trek started.
