[Philmont] to Croc or not to Croc?

I am hearing conflicting info about crocs. My husband and two sons are going
to Philmont next week and at the last meeting, a couple of the boys who ahd
gone said crocs were not a good choice. I know there was a discussion about
crocs, but I can't remember what the outcome was?
