[Philmont] Market for tent stakes?

If you try to get some from the homebound crews and fail, the TOTT has twisted steel stakes for sale at $.25 each, not the lightest but probably handle the rocky ground a bit better than aluminum gutter nails.

When I award the 50 miler patches at an upcoming Court of Honor, a bent, dirty, paint scraped nail will be given to each crew member as a memento that it isn't always easy at the ranch.

We took 16/ Philtent and afterwards counted 16 from each to prove we practiced LNT. Actually we ended up with five extra stakes and one extra bear bag (that our sister crew left at Ute Gulch and were thankful that they returned their equipment at base right after us ;=) )
