[philmont] Philmont food

Thanks to all that responded, I've shipped food to all corners of the US.

Those that have shipped have heard from me, if you have not it does not mean
I wont be able to help, it just means I ran out of time. I'm off to the
airport to do the day job and will return Friday. I will contact each of
you and let you know if I shipped your request or if I was unable to next
w/e.
