[Philmont] RV vs Flying

No special license is required to drive an RV to Philmont. There is, however, a special permit required if you plan on driving it up Mt. Phillips. ;-)
   
  If it's a serious question about tour permits, it's my understanding that a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is required for vehicles carrying "more" than 15 passengers. You should be fine.
