We assigned one crew member the responsibility of packing the TP and to
have it easily accessible on the trail. You don't want to have to
figure out who's carrying it, not for them to have to dig through their
pack for it when you needed it "yesterday." It was also that members
job to track when we ran low and to request more from the staff when we
needed. Like Don said, you don't want to run out.
