[philmont] Bear bag rope length

Hi Joe:

Bear rope is 100 ft long, with an oops knot in the middle. I know the Guidebook to Adventure says 150', but that is not so. I make the bear rope, and I train the services staff to make bear rope, and the bear rope we are making is 100 ft long.

We have a group going to Lenhok'sin, and have to bring our own BB ropes.
