Pack a 2nd cake mix and leave it in your crew locker. Worst case: you can use your backpacker to bake the 2nd one in base camp when you return. Best case: they may bake it for you in the base camp kitchen (or let you use one of their ovens).
In 1998, we had a trail birthday while at Crooked Creek. Philmont logistics was kind enough to deliver the cake mix with our food pickup for that time frame. We had planned to bake it in the backpacker over we carried with us, but when the staff at Crooked Creek heard about it they were kind enough to let us use their oven to bake the cake.
It can't hurt to ask!
Best wishes for your trek!

Of course, that was a decade ago!
